Dr Bex is a coach, speaker and author who brings a fresh, relatable, evidence-based approach to healthy high-performance.  With a background spanning criminal psychology, public health, and the fitness industry, she shares practical tools to help leaders and high-performers to excel without burning out, manage self-doubt and the Inner Critic, and confidently navigate pressure.

The late afternoon format will look a little like this:
